Incidents

The iRacing-TV director has the ability to focus on incidents during replays. To do this, first you must be playing back a replay file using the iRacing simulator, and hit the Scan Now button. What iRacing-TV will do then, is it will advance to the beginning of the “RACE” session, and then start searching for incidents. As each incident is found, they will be added to the incident list.

While the incidents scanning process is running, please do not change the camera or the playback position in either the iRacing simulator or in iRacing-TV. You will get an alert when the scanning process is complete.

When the scanning process is complete, you can go through the list and decide what you want to do with each incident. When you double click on a row in the list, iRacing-TV will rewind or fast-forward the simulator to the incident start frame. It will then start the playback, and stop the playback when the end frame of the incident is reached.

You can click and hold down the mouse button on the gray box next to the frame number for either the start or end frame of the incident, to change them. You can also tick the “Ignore” checkbox to ignore incidents that you don't care about.
