• Ensure that the iRacing Racing Simulator is already installed on your system, and that you have a working iRacing member account.

1. Download the iRacing-TV installer using the link found on the wiki main page.
2. Once the download is complete, locate the installer file in your downloads folder or the specified destination.
3. Double-click the installer file to launch the installation wizard.

1. When you try to launch the installer, it is likely that Windows Defender will throw up a blue “Windows protected your PC” message with a “Don't run” button. In order to remove this message, developers have to pay a code signing authority more than $200 every year. I don't make any money with iRacing-TV, so that is not going to happen. To bypass this message, first click on the “More info” link.
   
   
   
2. On the next blue Windows Defender screen you will see a “Run anyway” button. Click on that button only if you downloaded this installer from this website. If you did not download it from this website, or you do not trust me, then don't install this app.
   
   
   
3. The installer will now run, and the first thing it will do is ask you to select the location on your computer to install the application. Click Next to continue.
   
   
   
4. Next, you need to select the name of the start menu folder to place the iRacing-TV application shortcut icons into. Click Next to continue.
   
   
   
5. The final choice you need to make is whether or not you want desktop icons to be created. Click Next to continue.
   
   
   
6. Now the installer is ready to begin installing iRacing-TV. Click on the Install button to install the application.
   
   
   
7. After the installation process is complete, click on the Finish button to exit the installer.
