Status
At the top right of the iRacing-TV window you will see a few things relating to the status of iRacing and iRacing-TV. In the screenshot to the right you will see that the current status is “RACE” - “StateGetInCar” - 38040 - green light - red light.
Session Name
This is the session name that is given by iRacing. Typical session names are “PRACTICE”, “QUALIFY”, and “RACE”. There might be others.
Session State
This is the current session state. This will be one of the following:
- StateInvalid (you should not ever see this)
- StateGetInCar
- StateWarmup
- StateParadeLaps
- StateRacing
- StateCheckered
- StateCoolDown
Frame Number
This is the current frame number of the live telemetry or playback of the recording. The data comes in at 60 frames per second.
iRacing Connection Light
This is the first of the two indicator lights. If this light is red, then the iRacing game is not loaded and running. If it is green, then the iRacing game is loaded and running, and iRacing-TV is receiving data from the game.
Director Light
This is the second of the two indicator lights. If this light is red, then the director is not enabled. If it is green, then the director is enabled and is automatically managing the iRacing camera.
